Minimum Order

There is no minimum order.

Placing an Order

To avoid disappointment, we request that in the first instance, you contact us with your selected item(s) so that we can confirm availability and advise of shipping costs (see below).  Orders can be placed by e-mail (see the link on the Contact Us page), phone or by post using the address shown on our Contact Us page.

We will then send you an invoice.  Please do not send any money until we have confirmed availability of your chosen item(s).  These will be reserved for up to 10 days pending receipt of payment and will be despatched within 24 hours of receipt of payment.  Items currently reserved are indicated by (R) next to the price.


All items sent free of charge anywhere in the world.



Payment may be made by cash, postal order, Sterling cheque/bank draft (made payable to Midland Philatelics Ltd) or via PayPal.  For payment by personal cheque, we reserve the right to wait for the cheque to clear before dispatch.  For customers within the UK, we can also accept payment by direct bank credit/transfer (account details supplied on request).
