A. Midland Philatelics Ltd maintains a policy of complete confidentiality with regard to all information submitted by customers. We do not share addresses, phone numbers or e-mail addresses with any other organisation.

Q. Can I see a picture of an item I wish to purchase?
A. Yes. Wherever you see a camera icon alongside the description, just click on the camera to see the image. If no image is shown, contact us and we will e-mail you a scan.
Q. Do you deliver outside the UK?
A. Yes, we will ship to anywhere in the world.
Q. How can I pay?
A. We can accept payment in cash, by Sterling postal order, Sterling bank draft or cheque drawn on a British bank (made payable to Midland Philatelics Ltd) or via PayPal. For UK customers only, we can accept payment by bank transfer. See the Terms of Business page for full details.
Q. Can I pay with my credit/debit card?
A. Yes, PayPal allows use of credit and debit cards - you don't need to have a PayPal account to use this facility.
Q. What is your policy on returns?
A. Any stamp incorrectly identified, damaged or with faults not mentioned in the description, or which in any other way does not meet with your complete satisfaction, may be returned within 14 days for a full refund.
Q. What if my order is damaged/lost during shipping?
A. At a minimum, we will obtain a certificate of posting when your order is despatched. However, we always recommend that goods are sent by insured mail (recorded/special delivery or international signed for) which will ensure that full compensation can be claimed for lost or damaged items.
Q. Do you accept wants lists?
A. Yes - wants lists are always welcome.
Q. Do you buy stamps?
A. Yes. We are always keen to buy good quality collections or better single items. See the Buying page for our particular current wants.
